I love this article and I wish I could have read it 3 years ago before I entered into a relationship with my now ex boyfriend. I was so naive and didn’t recognize the signs of trauma bonding or love bombing in the first several months our friendship. Unfortunately we dated for over a year before I, through the help of Our Lady, ended it. It’s shocking how they can fool you into becoming a shadow of your former self.
